I instantly felt at ease with Marco and enjoyed his easy going way with exercise. Marco was very flexible with creating a program that suited me. We swam in the sea, sometimes in the pool. I enjoyed doing sit ups under the palm trees and some very difficult water polo exercises that helped me to begin to feel fit and stronger in a short space of time. I also enjoyed doing exercise in the water, using the resistance as a weight as I am not so find of being in the gym. Marco improved my swimming technique and helped me to become a stronger swimmer. Training on Koh Samui with Marco was inspiring and fun and best of all I felt fit and alive in no time at all.
