Marco is a true professional and a strong, all round trainer who gets results. I started training with Marco for the first time last year and after six weeks I went home lighter and fitter than when I came out to Samui. Training with Marco is different, and different every day with a varied and practised programme. His key strength is swimming and water sports so we are often in the pool doing muscle strengthening exercises, switching quickly to running, cycling Kayaking, or in the gym. Marco does take into consideration age and capability. He encourages and continues to push to improve my fitness. I recommend you give Marco a try even if you are only visiting for two weeks he really makes a difference, he is fun to train with and most important for me he gets results.
