One of the most important things about training is to find something you enjoy. The exercise you like to do, that suits you, your personality, in an environment you enjoy. Are you a swimmer, a runner, do you enjoy high intensity exercise or a more meditative exercise. There are many ways to get fit. The first thing to do is to have a chat. Marco has a wide range of skills from Eastern Martial Arts to Western Water Polo. You might know exactly how you would like to train or come experiment with something new until you find an exercise routine you can enjoy and benefit from. GYM – Cardiovascular exercises and weight training. Focus on body position and breathing while performing. Weight training is based on boxing. Combination high intensity and endurance.

BOXING – A perfect high intensity work out. Together with waterpolo training the king off high intensity training. Learn different punches and also how to kicks. Combinations between punching and kicking makes it extra fun!

BEACH TRAINING – Imagine…..training on a tropical beach, white sand, blue water, sunshine, fresh air.We do circuit training, running, including running in the sea and open water swimming. Exercises on the beach combined with training in the sea. You will feel Great!!

SWIMMING – The ultimate work out. The body-shaping benefits of a swimming work out are the result of a perfect storm of calorie burn and muscle recruitment. Swimming is also the best exersice to relieve back problems. I offer swimming lessons for those who can not or are poor swimmers, children and adults alike. Swimming can be done in the pool or in the sea.

WATERPOLO – A super high intensive training. For Die Hards. Learn various techniques like egg beater and other waterpolo excersises.

WEIGHT LOSS – Train for a minimum of 2 to 3hrs a day. Combination of HIT and endurance training. Combine various different training techniques in one session. Weight training followed by swimming or aqua fitness. In the morning beach training, see the beautiful sunrise, and late afternoon biking amidst the tropical abundance of Koh Samui. AQUA FITNESS – Working out in the water is a fantastic way to help improve your performance in high impact activities such as running, football, cycling and more. The constant resistance of the water gives you a perfect combination of cardio and resistance training. This is why you burn twice as many calories as exersicing on land. Thanks to the buoyancy of water you will be strengthening your muscles and improving your fitness without subjecting your body to wear and tear-leaving you feeling strong and refreshed. Working out in the water is ideal for anyone with joint, back problems, or recovering from injuries.

PILATES – popular like yoga but different. Excellent body workout, core, legs, upperbody. Performed on the beach or at your villa.

MOUNTAIN BIKING – Get on your bike, enjoy the beauty of the island, the forest, the water buffalo, the jungle, all in the process of getting fit. Great tracks to explore !!
